By accessing our Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

These variations are inherent to artisan craftsmanship and are considered part of each piece's unique character, not defects.

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our Site. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

3.3 Availability

All Products are subject to availability. Due to the handcrafted nature of our collections, some items may have limited availability or require additional production time. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: Product availability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Razorpay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

4.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when we ship your Products and send you a shipping confirmation email.

4.4 Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5.3 International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are your responsibility.

Due to the luxury and handcrafted nature of our Products, certain conditions and timeframes apply to returns. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Each Product comes with specific care instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may void any applicable warranty and affect the longevity of your Product.

8.2 Limited Warranty

Our Products are crafted with exceptional care and quality materials. We warrant that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

8.3 Artisan Variations

Natural variations in jade stone, hand-blown crystal, and hand-etched silver are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Eterna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eterna, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
